Refund policy

What is our return policy?
- Every piece we take is unique and from different private individuals. Thus, we do not accept exchanges or refund. We have a strict and thorough vetting process to ensure the authenticity and quality of pieces we receive all thanks to our Highly educated professionals. Therefore, we guarantee our buyers a peace of mind. In rare cases, if authenticity is proven otherwise, we offer 100% full refund.
- Items returned must be in their original state; unworn or with all labels and tags attached with all accessories that comes together. We will not accept faulty items and used items.
- Bella Ling will not be responsible if package is lost during the return process without a tracking number.
Once item has safely arrived, we will check through and refund will be processed on the original payment card only. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.  Do allow up to 30 days for refunds to appear on your account.
- Please note we do not offer any refunds after the 7 days of original purchase, this is ONLY applied on online purchase. For purchases in store, this won't apply as it's sold as seen.
