Can Bella Ling source specific items?
Yes. Sourcing is one of our core strengths. Whether you’re looking for a rare Hermès Birkin, an archival runway piece, or an exceptional investment-grade jewel, our global network of private collectors and trusted suppliers allows us to locate what others cannot. All sourced items undergo our in-house authentication process before delivery.
What is your returns policy?
We uphold a strict returns policy in line with luxury resale standards.
For online orders, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, in original condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
In-store purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Exchanges may be considered at management’s discretion.
Returns are inspected upon receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping) and may take up to 30 days to reflect. Bella Ling is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide using secure, tracked, and insured services. Delivery times vary based on your location. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the client and not included in our pricing.
How do you authenticate your items?
In 2025, Bella Ling London launched its own in-house Authentication House, led by founder Ho Lam Tam alongside a team of quality specialists and luxury product experts with over 30 years of combined experience in designer fashion, sourcing, and verification.
Every item we accept undergoes a multi-step authentication process — including material analysis, brand-specific coding inspection, condition grading, and provenance review — ensuring every detail meets the highest standard.
To further reinforce our commitment to accuracy, we also partner with leading third-party authentication services for additional verification on select high-value or rare items.
We stand behind the authenticity of every piece we offer. Should an item ever be proven otherwise, we provide a 100% full refund — with no exceptions.
How often is your inventory updated?
We update our inventory daily — both in-store and online — featuring newly sourced, consigned, or rare releases. Many of our most sought-after pieces are sold via private preview or live drops, so we encourage following @bellalinglondon and @bellalinglive for priority access.
Can I consign with Bella Ling?
Yes. Bella Ling offers a selective and confidential consignment service for qualified luxury items.
We currently accept handbags, jewellery, shoes, and apparel from approved brands. Our process includes complimentary evaluation, professional photography, global marketing, and full-service resale management.
Payouts are made promptly after sale. To begin, complete our online form — our team will guide you through next steps.
What brands do you accept?
We only accept luxury brands with global recognition, investment value, and resale demand. This includes:
Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Tiffany & Co., Bottega Veneta, Celine, and other top-tier houses.
We do not accept mass-market or mid-range labels.
How long does shipping take?
For UK orders: 1–3 business days.
For international orders: 5–10 business days, depending on customs processing. All parcels are insured and trackable from dispatch to delivery.
Can I visit your boutique?
Yes. We welcome clients to our flagship boutique at 51 Beauchamp Place, Knightsbridge, London SW3 1NY.
Walk-ins are accepted during business hours, though private appointments are recommended for sourcing consultations, high-value purchases, and consignment services.
Are orders insured during delivery?
Yes — all shipments are fully insured against loss or damage, based on the item’s full declared value. In the rare event of an issue, Bella Ling will act swiftly to support you in the claims and recovery process.
